Domestic Shipping

Yay! Smiles are on their way! Your order will be packed within 48-business hours (unless stated in product description) and then shipped via  US Post Office (USPS). If it’s less expensive to use UPS or FedEx, (this can happen with larger orders) we’ll send you an email with the name of the carrier and tracking number. 

International Shipping

Hey Change Maker, thanks for helping us plant Seeds of Happiness around the world! We use USPS Global Express to ship most international orders. Sometimes we get better rates using Airmail Parcel. Customs declarations will be declared as “Merchandise” and the full purchase price declared. 

Customers are responsible for any fees assessed by the local shipping carrier. Seeds of Happiness is not responsible for any fees incurred due to customs, brokerage fees, etc. Some items may be restricted or prohibited from entering your country. Please contact your local customs department for more information. 

Returns or Exchanges

Oh no! We’re all about spreading happiness so if you’re not happy with your order, please contact us! Returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by email. Please use the Contact Us page to start the return or exchange process. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and new or exchange shipment charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded.
